Multilingual Interpretation Service in33Languages Introduced

We have introduced a new multilingual interpretation service which allows foreign residents to easily discuss insurance premium payments regardless of Japanese ability.

The service is available as of June 1st, 2026.

Through real-time interpretation shown on a transparent display, both speakers can communicate and see each other’s expressions and gestures without the need to exchange a handheld device.

In addition to Japanese, English, and Mandarin Chinese, the following languages are also available:
